We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies to join our consulting team. This role involves leading the architecture and design of complex enterprise solutions for multiple clients across diverse projects, with a strong focus on business system integration, data flow optimization, and scalability enhancement. You will be responsible for designing resilient, scalable solutions using the Azure stack, implementing best practices, and leading technical strategy in areas like Digital Integration Hubs (DIH), cross-platform integrations, and enterprise-level data management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategic planning for client projects, with a primary emphasis on Azure technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop robust, scalable architectures tailored to meet specific client objectives and align with best practices.
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand project goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Translate client needs into detailed architectural plans that address both immediate and long-term solutions.
- Architect and guide technical solutions across multiple projects, including Digital Integration Hub (DIH) initiatives, ERP-CRM integrations, and data governance frameworks.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to maintain client satisfaction and high-quality delivery standards.
- Implement integration platforms (such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure API Management) to design data flow solutions that connect systems like Dynamics F&O, Salesforce CRM, and other key enterprise applications.
- Architect data management solutions that enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across client systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices in solution architecture.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to data security and compliance requirements, especially within regulated industries.
- Implement Azure identity, access management, and data encryption features to maintain security standards.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Develop detailed documentation for architectures, data flows, security practices, and operational procedures.
- Share knowledge within the consulting team to ensure consistent standards and efficiency across projects.
- Stay current with Azure advancements and industry trends to improve architectural practices and enhance consulting efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging tools and methodologies that could benefit client projects and consulting workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 5+ years focused on Azure cloud solutions and enterprise integration.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level integration, data architecture, and digital integration hub (DIH) projects.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert or relevant Azure certifications preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Share.
- Strong background in architecting integration platforms, including API-led and real-time data integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) and Salesforce CRM, with knowledge of API and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in implementing security practices using Azure Active Directory, RBAC, and data encryption.
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and deliver strategic solutions.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage diverse project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions across multiple projects.
