Job Description
Five Rivers Technologies seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our top-tier clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing strategic insights and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs and issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell of products/services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and offer tailored solutions to align with their goals.
  • Monitor account performance, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Lead negotiations of renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities with clients.
  • Provide regular reports on account health, project statuses, and client feedback to senior management. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to offer informed advice and strategies to clients.

Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT industry and enterprise-level client needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective solutions to client issues.
  • Experience in managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously and influencing decision-makers at various levels within the client organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other account management tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level Saa S solutions.
