Shahnawaz Private Limited is a Pakistan based company with a Head office in Karachi providing services to corporate customers for six decades.The company has a strong national sales and after-sales network and partnerships with leading brands in the information technology industry such as Dell Technologies(Titanium Partner), VMWare, H3C, Sangfor, Microsoft, and Veeam.The company specializes in Data Center Solution, infrastructure solution, Backup and Recovery solutions, and End-user Client solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping Company customer's IT equipment up and running.
• Deployment of the enterprise products and solution as per the customer requirement and approved plan
• Responsible to provide professional and timely technical support for enterprise products and solutions
• Get the high level of customer satisfaction, provide above the expectation services to Company customers
• Ensure the availability of himself 24 hours to serve the customers for timely service delivery.
• Escalation of the technical issues with principal's local and regional level
• Perform pre-sales activities for cost effective enterprise products and solutions.
• Build and improve the technical knowledge on new products and technology
• Provide R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed or deployed by the company, and alert the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure. Prepare implementation and migration plans,
• Engage in test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for POCs & Production.
• Timely completion of the principal's training, certifications and exams by himself and technical services team.
• Build strong relationships and ensure customer loyalty for future business.
• Improve technical knowledge and keep himself and engineers uptodate on latest IT products and technologies
• Conformance of company’s quality, security and business policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate discipline and punctuality in all work aspects.
• Also look after the KPK region for the enterprise business

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent in a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong Technical Background in I.T Industry
• Experience in technical support and deployment of enterprise solutions.
• Research and Development (R&D) skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Minimum 5 years in technical support or a similar role, with experience in enterprise IT products and technologies.

Additional Requirement:

• Providing pre and post-sales support to the customers
• Proficiency with IT infrastructure, data center solutions, backup/recovery, and enterprise-level IT products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
