As a Process Audit Intern, you will work to assist in documenting, auditing, and improving company processes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to ISO standards, process management, and organizational audit practices. You will support process improvement projects; help monitor compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting and maintaining audit processes, ensuring they meet compliance and certification requirements.
- Support in gathering and analyzing process data to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in process monitoring through reporting structures and flagging potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of ISO Standards
- Participate in company audits and provide support in documenting findings and preparing risk assessments.
- Assist in drafting guidelines and policies resulting from process improvements.
- Work on ISO standard practices (ISO 9001, 20000-1, 27001 and 14001) and learn how to apply these standards to real-world scenarios.

- Track project schedules and monitor progress, preparing reports as needed.

- Provide administrative and technical support to team members, helping resolve process-related issues.
- Recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (CS Graduates are preferred)
- Strong interest in processes, auditing, and compliance standards.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards (knowledge of ISO 9001, 20000-1, 14001 and 27001 is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and any reporting tools is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
