Visa Documentation Executive (Australia, UK, Canada, Europe and USA)
We are currently looking for someone who has a sound and good understanding of the Visa application process, documentation requirements and strong knowledge about Australia, UK, Canada, Europe and USA Visa Rules & Regulations.

• Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate authorities, adhering to established timelines and procedures
• Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring all required documents are prepared accurately and promptly.
• Provide comprehensive information about visa requirements, procedures, and embassy protocols.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding the visa application process.
• Provide comprehensive information about visa requirements, procedures, and embassy protocols.
• To ensure complete visa application documentation including all the financial background related papers
• To take appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.

Qualifications:

• Must have Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in visa processing is mandatory
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and visa application procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document review and submission.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
