Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, or scheduling appointments as needed.
- Resolving customer complaints or escalations effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive customer issues.
- Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call centre as a sales Representative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and night
