Urgent Hiring “Sr. Accountant”
TARA Group Pakistan is looking to hire “Sr. Accountant” to be based at Rohi Nala Bypass, chunian Road, Raiwind .

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and inventory management.
• Provide support during external audits and assist in preparing reports for management.

Qualifications:

• M.com or MBA
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the agriculture industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• CPA or other relevant certification is a plus.
