Key Responsibilities:
- App Development: Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following best practices for mobile development.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless and consistent user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and ensure the applications run smoothly across all devices by optimizing for performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure applications are stable and bug-free before release.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Flutter development and mobile application development, with a strong portfolio of applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and Firebase integration.
- Experience with native i OS and/or Android development is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a growth mindset.
- UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of modern design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
- Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for staying updated with emerging mobile development trends and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Firebase integration.
- Strong knowledge of State management (e.g., Getx, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), Widget tree and Animations is a must
- Experience with native i OS is a must and Android development is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of push notifications in i OS and Android
- Having knowledge and experience in building desktop apps is a plus.
