Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the medical team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards, including infection control and patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) Registration (Mandatory).
• Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (psychiatric experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, emotionally challenging environment.
