Staff Nurse-RN / Eye Unit

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the medical team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards, including infection control and patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) Registration (Mandatory).
- Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (Eye experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, emotionally challenging environment.
