Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by promoting our products/services to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of Architectural Drafting is a plus.
