Customer Support (Shift-Based)
Riuman International is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing Customer Support team in Karachi, Pakistan! Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal. opposite to baitul-muqaram masjid.
We offer fixed shifts

• Morning Shift: 10AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Build positive relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Intermediate (FA) or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• inter/matric
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English language proficiency.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
