US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Tax, Financial Forecasting & Team Lead

Company Overview: We are a diversified portfolio of US-based companies operating primarily in healthcare and real estate. Our real estate portfolio includes investments, property management, and both long-term and short-term residential rentals. As we expand our services to include bookkeeping and tax preparation, we are seeking a highly qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead this new division.
Job Description: We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who will prepare and oversee the tax returns for all our portfolio companies and their owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US tax regulations, financial forecasting, budgeting, and deal analysis. They will possess excellent leadership skills and be capable of building and managing a team of accountants and tax preparers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee the preparation of tax returns for all portfolio companies and their owners, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to optimize tax liabilities for the portfolio.
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient tax strategies and policies.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and deal analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Build and lead a team of accountants and tax preparers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate implications to the management team.
Ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Assist in the establishment and growth of the bookkeeping and tax preparation business within the portfolio.

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in the United States.
Proven experience in US tax preparation and advisory services.
Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
Real estate experience a strong plus.
Health care experience a strong plus.
Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and deal analysis.
Experience in building and managing a team of accounting professionals.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks and Pro Connect and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Residents of Brazil, India, Pakistan, or Nepal who have taken and passed the US CPA exam are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: Rs279,000.00 - Rs417,700.00 per month
