Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen understanding of consumer behavior to effectively showcase products in a way that attracts customers and drives sales. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective store displays that align with the brand's identity, enhance the customer shopping experience, and maximize product visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation:
• Develop and execute visually stunning in-store displays that reflect brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Create and maintain attractive product presentations, from window displays to shelf arrangements, ensuring they highlight key products and promotions.
• Plan and design store layouts, taking into account customer flow and product categorization for an enhanced shopping experience.
• Window Displays:
• Design and change window displays regularly to promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special offers.
• Ensure window displays are visually captivating and in line with brand standards, drawing customers into the store.
• In-Store Displays & Layouts:
• Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to create in-store displays that highlight new products or promotions.
• Ensure product placement aligns with marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Organize the store layout to optimize product visibility, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
• Product Organization:
• Arrange merchandise in a visually pleasing way that helps tell a story, creating an immersive shopping experience.
• Use color schemes, props, signage, and lighting to complement product offerings and reinforce the brand's aesthetic.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure consistency in visual merchandising across all locations, ensuring that displays are aligned with the brand’s vision and values.
• Maintain store aesthetics and visual standards, ensuring every display is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Seasonal & Promotional Displays:
• Design and implement seasonal and promotional displays that resonate with current trends and meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Inventory Management:
• Regularly check inventory levels to ensure that products are properly displayed and restocked in a timely manner.
• Work with the stock team to ensure that displays remain organized and that inventory matches in-store merchandising.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store environment remains organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Monitor the condition of displays, lighting, and materials, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
• A degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail design (experience in home décor or furniture retail is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong sense of design, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create compelling visual displays and layouts that align with the brand’s image.
• Good understanding of current trends in design and retail merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of lighting and display techniques to enhance the in-store experience.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with store teams and managers.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
