Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wix Web Developer at Hammani Tech in Islamabad. The Wix Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, web design, and overall web development tasks. The role involves collaborating with the team to create engaging and functional websites for clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build, customize, and maintain websites on the Wix platform based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Utilize Wix Velo (formerly Corvid by Wix) for custom scripting, creating dynamic pages, and implementing unique functionality as needed.
• Translate design mockups into responsive and visually appealing websites, ensuring consistency across devices.
• Integrate multimedia elements, third-party apps, and plugins seamlessly into websites.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and an enhanced user experience.
• Apply best practices for on-page SEO and implement necessary settings to improve website visibility.
• Conduct regular testing, identify and fix bugs, and ensure all websites are functioning smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with the Wix platform, including Wix Velo for custom development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script; understanding of responsive design principles.
• Strong sense of layout, color schemes, typography, and branding with the ability to turn creative ideas into functional websites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand the requirements correctly.
