The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building the website front-end, creating the overall architecture, and ensuring optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with content writers and relevant business stakeholders to develop a user-friendly website structure, while also working with offsite managers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and Building Front-End: Develop responsive, user-centric Word Press themes and layouts that align with business requirements.
• Website Architecture: Build and maintain website architecture for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaboration with Content Writers & Business Teams: Work closely with content writers and members of relevant business departments to structure the website effectively, ensuring that content is presented clearly and aligned with business goals.
• Performance Testing: Conduct website performance tests, including load time, responsiveness, and usability, to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Troubleshooting Content Issues: Address and resolve website issues, bugs, and content-related problems in a timely manner.
• Word Press Training: Provide Word Press training to Dean’s Group members, covering CMS features, content updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitoring Website Performance: Continuously monitor the live website’s performance, ensuring uptime, speed, and user satisfaction.
• PSD to Word Press Theme Conversion: Convert PSD designs into functional Word Press themes with pixel-perfect precision.
• Collaboration with Offsite Managers: Participate in online meetings with offsite team managers to coordinate project updates and ensure smooth workflow.
• Understanding Project Requirements: Gather and interpret project requirements from stakeholders, aligning them with website development goals.
• Provide Analysis and Time Estimates: Analyse tasks and deliver accurate time estimates for project timelines and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a front-end Word Press developer, especially using Elementor and Elementor Pro
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with PSD to Word Press theme conversions.
• Strong understanding of Word Press architecture and customization.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with content writers and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot content-related and technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration with remote teams.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
