As a Business Development Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This position requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
Skills
- Experience in call center is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively
- Ability to conduct cold calling activities confidently
Responsibilities
- Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
- Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers
- Work in a team environment
- Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
- Prior BDC experience a plus
- good verbal and written communication skills

- Monitor and contact internet leads
- Work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
