Job Summary
As a jobsite-based Construction Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping to oversee the project and ensure it is delivered on time and within budget and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Pro Core, and Microsoft Projects.
- Assist in creating and managing project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and interpret construction drawings
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and change orders
- Implement and maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management from a U.S. College or University is preferred
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Pro Core, Microsoft Projects, and other project management software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent time management skills and a strong ability to work with others effectively.
- At least two years in a similar Project Engineer role is a must.
-Some ties to Northwest Florida is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
