Location: Bayou George Drive, Panama City, FL
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced In Office Construction Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, purchasing construction materials, and communicating with contractors and subcontractors. Additionally, this role includes standard administrative duties such as handling calls, emails, scheduling appointments, paying bills.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Purchase materials and manage inventory for construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.
- Handle daily administrative tasks: answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized project files and records.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant construction management software.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
