Job Requirements:
We are looking for experienced, professional Handymen with a strong work ethic, incredible attention to detail, a professional appearance and demeanor and a good overall knowledge of all trades. Must all display excellent customer service skills. You are the face of Ace Handyman Services!

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior customer service experience, strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Be able to educate customers in upselling additional work.
• Own tools to perform all the trades.
• Pass Background check, driving record and drug screening.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, fixing plumbing issues, deck repairs, painting, replacing fixtures, siding repairs and more.
• Utilize carpentry skills to build and repair structures, furniture, and other items as needed.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their maintenance needs.
• Drive to various job sites using a valid driver's license to complete tasks efficiently.
• Able to estimate amount of time and charge accordingly.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when discussing project details with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
