POSITON: INTERIOR HORTICULTURIST
We are seeking to add a member to our Panama City Beach Service team. This is a dynamic full-time position that requires a high energy, detail-oriented, plantsman who works well independently as well as being a reliable part of our team.
Candidates will be expected to be responsible for their own accounts and have:

• Knowledge of common interior/tropical plants; as well as their care and cultural requirements.
• Knowledge of common pests/diseases
• Communicating ability with service staff and operations staff
• Communicating ability with clients regarding plant care.
• A Clean Driving Record and Current Driver's License.
• Comfortable with Driving Company vans.

This position requires an enthusiastic, responsible, and mature person who is self-motivated and takes pride in their work.
This is a physical position and candidate must be capable to lift 40 pounds, be comfortable working on a ladder and being active all day long.
Training and educational programs will be provided, however Three years of Professional working knowledge of Horticulture is required. Experience with plant materials including interior foliage is preferred.
