This position is for a full-time, 100% remote, Intuitive Eating/Trauma-Informed registered Dietitian. You must be based and reside in Florida. Please do not submit an application if you are not looking for a full-time position. At least two years of nutrition counseling experience in an eating disorder center or private practice setting required.

What We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Intuitive Eating/Trauma-Informed Registered Dietitian to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time position with benefits. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to guide patients through their journey towards a healthier relationship with food, embracing principles of intuitive eating and supporting those recovering from eating disorders. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain patient relationships: Develop strong connections with patients to ensure they remain engaged and committed to their treatment plans.
- Set professional boundaries and communicate effectively: Clearly define expectations and limits while fostering open dialogue to support effective communication and collaboration.
- Educate and Empower Patients: Deliver educational sessions and resources on intuitive eating, mindful eating practices, and the impact of nutrition on mental health, empowering patients to make informed, sustainable changes.
- Assess dietary needs based on health and habits: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' dietary requirements, considering their health status and lifestyle choices.
- Support Emotional and Psychological Well-being: Address the emotional and psychological aspects of eating disorders by offering empathetic support and integrating therapeutic techniques into nutritional guidance.
- Document all sessions and correspondence meticulously: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated through ongoing education and research: Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and healthcare practices.
- Counsel an average of 28 patients per week
- Proven counseling experience as an intuitive eating trauma-informed registered dietitian (minimum 2 years' experience required, Intuitive Eating Certificate is not required)
- CDR card in good standing
- Passionate about educating patients on long-term behavior change
- Well-organized with attention to details
- Empathic and kind personality to build rapport and engage with patients
- Great understanding of research methods and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and critical thinking
- 30-36 hour work week
- 10 PTO days (Unique policy that acts like 3-4 weeks)

Pay: $73,880.00 - $87,101.00 per year
