Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer/Drafter to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for our industrial machines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for industrial machinery components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers and product designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and improvements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including user manuals and assembly instructions.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve product designs.
• Maintain an organized database of CAD files and related documentation.
• Support the manufacturing team by providing clear and accurate drawings for production.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software such as Auto CAD, Inventor, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and changes.
• Experience in the industrial machinery sector is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
