A family-owned orthopedic out-patient clinic located in Panama City, FL is expanding and seeking a Pelvic Floor and/or Orthopedic Physical Therapist. We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to start in a PRN/part-time position or full-time (4 day work week option).
We are a small clinic who prioritizes patient centered care. As such we have a one-on-one patient to therapist model (NO DOUBLE BOOKINGS or taking notes home!). We are looking for someone who can add value to our growing clinic.
Services that our clinic offers in addition to general orthopedic outpatient services include: dry needling, game ready cold compression, pelvic floor physical therapy, vestibular therapy, TMD therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, blood flow restriction training and taping. We primarily treat orthopedic conditions and seek those that have experience. We have a Spanish speaking therapist on staff and encourage those who are multilingual to apply.
We are looking for those with a passion for treatment while maximizing productivity and minimizing office/clerical tasks. Responsibilities:
Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and obtained goals.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Certification in Physical Therapy and valid Florida PT license in good standing (or willing to obtain BEFORE start date)
Appox 2 years of PT experience with either pelvic floor or dry needling qualifications preferred but all are encouraged to apply
