```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
```Duties```
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Follow blueprints or instructions to determine the scope of work
- Repair and renovate damaged areas prior to painting
- Caulk gaps and seams for a smooth finish
- Install fixtures such as crown molding or baseboards
- Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are taken during painting process
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of color theory and ability to mix paints to achieve desired shades
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to painting
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding project requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application techniques
- Experience with concrete finishing is a plus
- Basic carpentry skills for frame carpentry or build projects is a plus

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Panama City, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
