Timewell is eager to find an individual who has e considerable knowledge in dual/smooth wall plastic extrusion lines from Corma machinery. This person will collaborate with our operators to expand their knowledge and help support our company’s goal and mission.
This person will have honest and open communication skills, which will give them the ability to work with the diversity that makes up our team. Must have at least 5 years' experience producing corrugated pipe. A familiarity with Corma machinery, and how to make smooth double wall pipe.

Job Summary:
The Extrusion Line Specialist has direct responsibility for training our operators in the safe and efficient operation of vacuum corrugation extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment. This trainer will collaborate with our operators to ensure maximize the output of salable high density polyethylene corrugated pipe in assorted sizes and lengths which meets and exceeds company standards. Especially the dual wall or smooth wall pipe.
Responsibilities:

• Train operators on safe, efficient operation of extrusion lines to produce high density polyethylene dual wall pipe.
• Monitor and make corrections for variances in production processes.
• Prompt and effective communication with Plant Manager and VP Of Operations on problems with product quality and operational efficiency.
• Aid with equipment set up, maintenance, and scheduled job changes.
• Train the operator on identifying and troubleshooting potential and actual equipment malfunctions.
• Can react quickly and effectively to resolve problems.
• Make sure all operators keep a neat, and clean work area.

Occasional Duties:

• Aid in developing SOP’s.
• Develop a training program.
• Traveling to other locations to aid in developing our team.

Requirements:
· Must have at least 5 years’ experience with vacuum extrusion lines, with expertise in dual/smooth wall.
· Extensive experience with Corma Machinery.
· Analytical thinking and critical thinking skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office
