Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. Manage projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.
Duties

• Manage all aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
• Manage staff, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Create project plans, define technical requirements, and outline timelines and costs.
• Handle project budgeting and cost estimates and ensure that projects stay on budget.
• Track and update the construction project schedule.
• Monitor material purchases to ensure availability.
• Communicate changes with on-site personnel and share regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.
• Set clear goals and expectations with work crews.
• Estimate change orders for assigned projects (when applicable)
• Provide coaching/counseling when required.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
• Manage closeout procedures for all jobs.
• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (electrical construction degree a plus)
• Five plus years of experience in the electrical construction industry
• Prior experience in electrical estimating
• Strong Computer Skills to include Micro Soft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
