Availability to work in San Isidro, Perú in a hybrid regime (3 times per week on site).

The Role: Spare parts analyst
Responsibilities:

• Sales Tracking for Spare Parts: Monitor and analyze national spare parts sales results, identifying improvement opportunities and growth areas to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Pricing and Competitiveness Analysis: Evaluate and propose pricing strategies based on market analysis, competition, and demand trends to ensure company competitiveness and provide fair, accessible pricing for customers.
  
• Dealer Relationship Management: Provide detailed performance reports to dealers regarding their spare parts purchasing and sales, ensuring they have the necessary information to optimize operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  
• Commercial Reporting Development: Create and present regular reports on the commercial performance of the spare parts area, including sales analysis, stock levels, and dealer performance.
  
• Product Portfolio Optimization: Assess the performance of various spare parts in the portfolio, recommending adjustments based on demand, profitability, and product lifecycle.
  
• Spare Parts Marketing Campaigns: Develop scheduled marketing campaigns for spare parts aimed at increasing dealer sales and promoting the use of genuine Isuzu parts among end customers.
  
• Participation in Strategic Projects: Actively collaborate on strategic projects within the department, focusing on optimizing commercial processes, improving spare parts distribution, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Administration or other purposes.
  
• Knowledge and experience of the automotive sector.
  
• Experience in similar positions.
  
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
  
• Microsoft Office Excel (Advanced).
  
• Intermediate English.
  
• Availability to work under the hybrid model in our offices located in San Isidro, Perú.

• Experience working with dealers (desirable)
