Responsibilities:

• Strategically direct all corporate and managerial operations of the agency.
• Develop and execute plans for company growth and expansion.
• Supervise staff and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
• Guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in management positions in travel and tourism agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of the tourism market and current trends.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop effective strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in foreign languages (English required, other languages are a plus).
