Assistant to the General Manager

ROL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a manager assistant.
- IT Skills: Strong general computer knowledge.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C2 level) required.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to work remotely, including:
- A quiet workspace.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Dual-monitor setup.
- Geographical Requirement: Permanent resident in Lima, Peru.
- Age: Between 25 and 40 years old.
· Experience in the USA market
. Architect or engineer degree will be great since we are a construction company
· Possibility to work in the office
· Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
· Other computer-related skills

- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and manage documents, contracts, and reports related to ongoing construction projects.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely updates on project progress and assist in the organization of materials and resources.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into systems and maintain updated records in various software applications.
- Online Systems Management: Work with online project management tools and CRM systems to organize tasks and track deadlines.
- Internal and External Communications: Draft emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the management.
- Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Assist with addressing and resolving issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
- Support with HR Functions: Assist in employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling interviews if needed.

BASIC SALARY:
S/2,000 / month for the first 2 months, increasing to S/2,500 thereafter.
