<span _msthash="1037" _msttexthash="12522107" amcorpro="" light="">Apoyar en los procesos de recursos humanos de acuerdo a la legislación del país, las políticas corporativas y los lineamientos de la gerencia general.

  • <span _msthash="1036" _msttexthash="577707" style="text-transform:uppercase">PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • <span _msthash="1030" _msttexthash="1253720" amcorpro="" light="">Soporte en el proyecto de files de personal.
  • <span _msthash="1031" _msttexthash="5267743" amcorpro="" light="">Apoyo en los procesos de reclutamiento, onboarding, desempeño y administración de personal.
  • <span _msthash="1032" _msttexthash="6771843" amcorpro="" light="">Apoyo en la ideación, planificación y ejecución de eventos corporativos en el Clúster de Perú y Venezuela.
  • <span _msthash="1033" _msttexthash="2137135" amcorpro="" light="">Emailing de las comunicaciones internas para el Clúster.
  • <span _msthash="1034" _msttexthash="3897322" amcorpro="" light="">Soporte en el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de Comunicación & Engagement anual.
  • <span _msthash="1035" _msttexthash="5897840" amcorpro="" light="">Soporte en logística de entrenamientos internos y externos de acuerdo al Plan de Capacitación Anual.
