We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Biologicals team as National Commercial Leader in Peru!
The National Commercial Leader position at Corteva Biologicals plays a key role in leading and managing the Commercial team, developing effective strategies and achieving established objectives. Identifying new market opportunities, optimizing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company.

YOUR CHALLENGES
  • Ensure balance in the use of financial and human resources in accordance with the results defined for all.
  • Monitor results through indicators and make the right decisions at the right time, taking calculated risks to maintain the sustainable growth of the company.
  • Ensure that the actions performed in the Commercial area are in line with the ethical standards and guidelines defined in the company's culture.
  • Control and maintain an adequate and motivating work environment, so that employees find meaning in what they do and perform at their best.
  • Acting with awareness of the importance of their institutional role, being spokesperson and guardian of the company's image and interests before the external public, the market, customers and suppliers.
  • Approve short, medium and long term expenditure and investment budgets of the commercial areas.
  • Define strategies for prospecting new markets and customers.
  • Define the performance indicators of the commercial area.
  • Define, together with the Commercial and Marketing Managers, the short, medium and long term strategies of the area.
  • Define a sustainable commercial structure and model, in accordance with the company and agribusiness guidelines.
  • Elaborate and manage the annual budget of the whole commercial area.
  • Manage and develop the people in the team.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, promoting a high performance environment.
Qualifications

  • Professional with a degree in Agronomy Engineering (Preferred)
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Strategy, Marketing, Finance and/or MBA in Business.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Business, Sales and Marketing being a reference in knowledge and in crops of economic importance in the region of performance (technical and market knowledge); identifying macroeconomic aspects and the analysis of their direct impact on regional crops (cultivation), as well as in the local and general culture; With knowledge of the different forms of market access (resales, cooperatives, direct sales and redistribution) and in financial and market analysis methodologies related to the business.
  • Willingness to travel
