- Processing of check voucher for payroll
- Assists on month-end closing.
- Assist in Monthly and Yearly Audit
- Monitoring of AP and Advances
- Filing and organizing Accounting Documents
- Quarterly Alpha list for EWT and VAT Relief (SLSP)
- All other tasks that may be assigned to you are related to the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
- Assist in processing of Payroll (Bi-monthly)
- SSS, PHIC, HDMF Contribution and Loans
- Process Final Pay (voluntary and non-voluntary)
- Collaborate with HR Department for the Timekeeping
- Payroll Entry with reconciliation to monthly Alphalist
- Facilitate processing and computation of final pay and BIR 2316
- Facilitate processing computation of Maternity Reimbursement
- Annualization: Alphalist and Process of BIR 2316
- Facilitate the Submission of signed BIR 2316 to BIR
- Monthly Schedule of Withholding Tax- Compensation
- Monitoring of HMO Dependent and Loans for salary deduction
