Accounting Staff Positions available.
Accounting Assistant-Sales order and receivable
· Record/update/analyze daily sales in the system
· Reconcile possible discrepancies in PO versus SO and SI details
· Monitor and follow up overdue receivables
· Reconcile discrepancies on collections and outstanding receivables
· Prepare comparative weekly/monthly/yearly sales report
· Prepare and compute sales commissions/incentives
· Other tasks required by immediate superior and management
Experience requirements
· 2 to 5+ years experience in Finance
· 4 years university degree in accounting
· Prefer prior experience with process optimization and inventory management
· Good at excel and data analysis
· Ideally have experience with ERP or inventory management system
· This is a fast-paced, very high growth company – must be able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
· Flexible in work tasking and can juggle different projects simultaneously
· Must be proactive with good working attitude
· Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
· Excellent communication in English
· Based in Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
