Key Responsibilities:
i. Accounting Assistance:

• Support the accounting team in daily financial activities and transactions.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in the company's financial system.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

ii. Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

iii. Bank Transactions:

• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to the accounting system.
• Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow and other banking activities as required.

iv. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documents.

v. Administrative Support (related to accounting):

• Respond to general inquiries related to financial matters and assist with filing financial records.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings related to financial reporting and audits.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
