Accounting Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they comply with local regulations and standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure audit compliance.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
- Liaise with suppliers and other agencies for billing and payment processing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing disputes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Saber SBOSS, SAP) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

- Willing to work on site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
