Team Ridemax Philippines (owned and operated by Drakester Incorporated) was established in March 2011. The company imports car & off-road accessories, and tires in the Philippines. Some notable brands are Michelin, BF Goodrich, and Arivo for tires; Ridemax, Profender, and Hamer for off-road accessories.
From selling only one product upon establishment, the company has immensely grown and is now importing over 25 international brands, supplying products nationwide. Currently, we are also starting to venture into motorcycle accessories.
Area Sales Agent (Automotive Industry)
The candidate will be responsible for effectively selling and marketing the company products in his specific area of assignment. He is also in charge of opening, promoting and nurturing strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
Qualifications Job Description:

• Submit on time the Daily Activity Report, Weekly Itinerary, and other reports.
• Update regularly the database of the clients.
• Area Sales / Saturation - (NCR – South, North and Vis Min)
• Candidates should have at least two years of experience in sales, account generation, business development and network expansion.

1. SALES & REVENUE GENERATION

• Drives sales and revenue targets
• Actively engages with customers and promoting our products
• Ensures persuasiveness by highlighting the advantages of our and encouraging customers to make a purchase

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products
• Ability to properly explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the electric scooters and other offerings to potential customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Provides excellent customer service to drive brand engagement and value
• Properly greets customers, answers their inquiries, and assists them in finding the right products and services based on their needs

ORDER PROCESSING

• Should be knowledgeable about pricing, payment options, and any applicable promotions or discounts

UPSELLING & CROSS-SELLING

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products or services
• Suggests additional accessories or extended warranties to enhance customer experience

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

• Provide basic after-sales support
• Helping customers troubleshoot minor issues, scheduling maintenance or servicing appointments, and directing them to the appropriate service center

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
