1.1 Provide accurate and detailed drawings and documentation to support the cost estimation process.
2.1 Revise and modify existing plans as required, incorporating design changes or feedback from stakeholders.
2.2 Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to understand project requirements, exchange information, and integrate design changes or suggestions
3.1 Conduct accurate site measurements, create precise as-built plans, and revise existing plans based on feedback.
3.2 Create 3D model drawings and render them for visualization purposes.
Educational Attainment
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology or equivalent Work Experience
● With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in in Auto Cad drafting or any related field
