A reputable Architectural firm based in Singapore is to establish a Branch Office in the Philippines. We are seeking a highly skilled BIM specialist to join our team.
BIM Specialist’s role will be part of the team to champion and drive digital transformation effort for the built environment industry by providing insight and innovative solutions to assist and enhance AEC related practices and implementation.
Responsibilities:
· Supports the formulation and implementation of industry-wide digital solutions.
· Develop and manage digital models of buildings (Architecture) using BIM software (Specifically Revit)
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and authorities to ensure accurate and efficient project design, construction and compliance.
· Analyze design and construction data to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
· Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
· Attend project meetings and provide technical expertise as required.
· Provide support and training to team members in the use of BIM software.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
· Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in BIM modelling and Coordination work.
· Proficient in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
· Strong familiarity with Opendata format such as Industry Foundation Classes (IFC)
· Knowledge of building codes and regulations
· Strong communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience in performing the necessary quality control tests on the BIM models.
· Experience in Python and Dynamo is preferable.
· International work experience is a plus
