DUTIES:

• Knowledge of all branch stations
• Know company policy & culture inside & out
• Have clear communication with upper management
• Ensure food safety procedures
• Serve DAF (Disciplinary Action Form)
• Impart core values and core practices to staff
• Check accuracy of all store forms
• Accurate order of all stocks
• Keep equipment in good working conditions
• Uniform & grooming check of all staff
• Conduct final interview for rank & file
• Scheduling & Timekeeping
• Ensure cleanliness of stations
• Evaluate BOH & FOH Supervisors
• Train FOH and BOH supervisors
• Motivate staff
• Ensure the fulfillment of sale and production quotas
• Handling store cash (Revolving fund and Bank deposits)
• Ensure store Opens/Closes on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years’ experience in managerial position in the food industry
• Age? It doesn't define you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
