Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Motor Ace Philippines, Inc. located in Dumaguete Negros Oriental. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the branch's daily operations and sales targets. The role involves supervising the sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
*A graduate of any Business-Related Courses.
*2-3 years of solid experience in the same field.
*Knowledgeable on conflict management, problem solving and data analysis.
*With good communication & interpersonal skills.
*Able to comprehend administrative & clerical procedures.
*Proficient in using MS Office.
*With excellent negotiation, management and leadership skills.
*Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Willing to be assigned in MAHARLIKA HIGHWAY, GUINDAPUNAN, PALO, LEYTE
