Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or any business related course;
• With experience in the related field is an advantage;
• Highly proficient in MS Office Applications;
• With clinic/hospital setting experience is an advantage;
• Knowledgeable of using point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus;
• Willing to start anytime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide official receipt to the patient upon received of payment (OPD, Dialysis, ER or In-patient) either in cash, check or credit cards.
• Make sure that all cash receipts are tallied, accurate and properly recorded in Daily Cash Receipt versus total amount in the Hospital System including professional fees of doctors.
• Maintain in the accuracy of change fund and petty cash fund.
• Responsible in the compilation of the relevant documents and ensuring that they are complete before filing.
• Maintaining proper documentation of the special endorsements and reminders to be carried out to the next shift and to all cashiers, verbally and written in cashier’s endorsement logbook.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
