Job Description

A chocolatier is a culinary expert who focuses on crafting chocolate. He/she should possess extensive experience and skill, working with various types of chocolate and utilizing advanced techniques to manipulate it into different forms and textures. He/she is often involve in creating and filling artisanal chocolate truffles, employing molds to craft decorative shapes, and combining specific ingredients to develop a range of chocolate varieties.

A good candidate should have a deep understanding of chocolate-making products and has a strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding and decorating techniques. He/she should be a team player, has positive working attitude and must have a creative flair for designing new chocolate products. He/she should also have attention to detail

and precision in production.

Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
Motivate and develop team members
Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
Should model the Company’s culture at all times.
