Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and experienced civil engineer with at least 5 years of horizontal and vertical construction expertise. The ideal candidate will design, manage, and supervise residential construction projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with executives, architects, and management to ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and plan horizontal and vertical construction ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards.
● Conduct on-site investigations, perform feasibility studies, and assess potential risks.
● Review and evaluate blueprints for structural integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
● Oversee all phases of residential construction, from site preparation to final inspections.
● Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
● Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
● Handle project budgeting, cost forecasting, and resource management to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and health and safety regulations.
● Resolve technical issues that arise during construction and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
● Conduct soil testing, material assessments, and quality control checks to ensure the durability and sustainability of the construction.
Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; a master’s degree is a plus.
● Licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
● At least 5 years of experience specializing in horizontal and vertical construction.
● Proficiency in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
● Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
● Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
