We are searching for a very capable CRUSHING PLANT SUPERVISOR/SUPERTINTENDENT to join our capable team of professionals. The qualified Crushing Plant Supervisor will be tasked to manage the operation/personnel of the Crushing Plant. He shall supervise the operation of a brand new 250 metric tons per hour of a rock crusher equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shall supervise the operation of a brand new 250 metric tons per hour of a rock crusher machine;
• Manages daily performance of the crush team;
• Maintains inventory of supplies to ensure efficient crush operations;
• Collect, record and analyze crush plant data to optimize efficiencies and product quality;
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are adhered to;
• Assisting crushing crew members when needed;

REQUIREMENTS:
1. The applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
2. Must have at least 5 year(s) of working experience in Operations and Management of large stone crusher including related machinery.
3. Must be flexible and willing to extend long hours of work as needed.
4. With complete clearances (NBI, POLICE and BARANGAY clearances);
5. With Certificates of Employment and certificates of Training, seminars and webinars in line with his profession.
6. Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
7. Positive attitude to teamwork and motivating the crews.
8. Amenable to work in Mayantoc Quarry in Tarlac.
