• Graduate of any Vocational course
• With 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the same field
• With knowledge in Microsoft applications
• With Time Management skills, possess good collaborative and communication skills
• Provide assistance in all systems registration based on the procedure to ensure compliance according to standard and within the limits of job scope or department.
• Follows process safety standards/procedures and proper waste segregation, and making reports of any unsafe condition and participates in KYT and RA activity.
• Complies in SOP and quality standards and report any abnormality found in the task.
• Performs database maintenance, order confirmation , ROSO and inventory reports.
• Performs system operation, updating, checking and troubleshooting.
