Job Overview Highlander Coffee Philippines is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to aid our marketing team in executing digital strategies. The ideal candidate will help position our brand as a leader in coffee education and a preferred supplier of premium coffee in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management - Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok. - Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages. - Track metrics and prepare performance reports. 2. Content Creation - Develop blog posts, videos, and podcasts on coffee education. - Create graphics and infographics using Canva. - Produce email newsletters and marketing materials. 3. Website Maintenance - Regularly update website content. - Optimise the website for SEO. - Manage the e-commerce platform and online course bookings. 4. Digital Advertising - Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns. - Create and optimise social media ads. - Track and report on advertising performance. 5. Analytics and Reporting - Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics. - Prepare reports on website traffic and conversion rates. - Analyse data to inform marketing strategies. 6. Customer Relationship Management - Manage the customer database and email lists. - Implement and manage the loyalty program. - Support 24/7 chat for students and clients. 7. Market Research - Conduct competitor analysis and industry research. - Gather customer feedback and insights. - Identify trends and opportunities in the coffee industry. Requirements Related Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools Strong writing and content creation skills Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Familiarity with graphic design and AI tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Chat GPT) Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about the industry
