Job Description:
Astrominds, a brand of We Management OPC, is seeking passionate and dedicated fresh graduates to join our team as Educational Tutor Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in tutoring Math, Science, and English to students of various age groups. As a Tutor Trainee, you will receive professional training and support to help you develop your teaching skills and positively impact students' learning journeys.
Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in Math, Science, and English for students from primary to secondary levels.
• Develop lesson plans and interactive learning activities tailored to each student’s academic needs and goals.
• Track student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Motivate and inspire students to reach their academic potential.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress, areas for improvement, and recommendations for continued development.
• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes academic growth.
• Assist in preparing educational materials and resources to support tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

• Must be a fresh graduate with a degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge in Math, Science, and English subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm for teaching, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and individual needs.
• Flexibility to work in various locations (Cebu) or home-based, depending on client preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tutoring or teaching through internships, volunteer work, or practical teaching assignments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Familiarity with modern educational tools and technology to enhance student learning experiences.
