• Responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing and documentation is keep up to date.
• Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
• Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
• Arranging post and deliveries
• Typing up letters and reports
• Updating computer records using a database
• Printing and photocopying
• Ordering office supplies
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
• Working in an office.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or equivalent
• Must have prior knowledge using Microsoft applications
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to stay in a farm/Calinan

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
