JOB SUMMARY
HR for Employee Relations are responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files, and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Reports directly to the Assistant Human Resource Manager.
2.Collecting and analyzing employee data.
3.Using data to create employee profiles.
4.Organizing and updating employee files.
5.Monitoring Incident Reports and create NTE drafts.
6.Conducts Company Orientation to newly hired employees
7.Served as a coordinator between employees and management.
8.Managing employee complaints.
9.Responsible for the pre-employment needs of the applicants (Requirements, ID, HRIS Enrollment, Laptops etc.)
10.Assist other HR Staff if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
TRAINING / SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization both written and oral.
Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resource work.
Must have knowledge in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
In depth knowledge in labor laws.
EXPERIENCE

At least 1 to 2 years of experience and exposure in Philippine labor laws.
